1. Terms and definitions

Website – a website hosted on the Internet at www.mice-excellence.ru , including all its subdomains, sections, pages, file structure and any other structural elements, content (text, graphic, audio-visual elements), object and source code.  Site - website hosted on the Internet at www.mice-excellence.ru, including all its subdomains, sections, pages, file structure and any other structural elements, content (text, graphic, audiovisual elements), object and source code.

Administrator and copyright holder of the Site and all its elements is MICExperts LLC
User - Any person accessing the Site, including individuals.

Content – text, audio, visual, graphic and video materials, photographs, images, other works and results of intellectual activity posted by MICExperts LLC on the Site, as well as information, materials, data, information, objects presented in any textual, visual, graphic, audio or a video form that are not protected results of intellectual activity. The Content also includes the source and object code, its design, including visual and graphic materials, and other intellectual property objects that make up the Site.

Personal Data - any information related to the User, who is an individual, which makes it possible to identify this individual.

2. Actions prohibited on the Site

The following is prohibited on the Site:
Using false Email addresses, Phone numbers, or impersonating any person or organization, or reporting other false information about yourself.
Accessing or attempting to access sections of the Site closed by MICExperts LLC, overcoming authentication and protection systems, as well as any other actions that may interfere with the functioning of the Site and (or) provide a security threat to Users, MICExperts LLC or third parties.
Posting Personal Data, Phone numbers, and Email Addresses of other persons without their consent.
Extraction of the Site Content by any means, including automated means.
Any other use of the Site or functional capabilities of the Site that disrupts the operation of the Site and the activities of MICExperts LLC.
Other use of the Site in violation of MICExperts LLC's guidelines and instructions or any applicable law.

When using the Site, Users are obliged to comply with the instructions, instructions of MICExperts LLC posted on the Site or received from MICExperts LLC.

In case of detection of prohibited actions, MICExperts LLC at its discretion applies the following measures (individually or in any combination) to Users violating the Rules:
Warning.
Blocking or termination of access to certain functionality of the Site.
Prohibition of access to the Site for a period of time.
Suspending User registration.
Termination of User registration.
Other actions at the discretion of MICExperts LLC, including the introduction of technological restrictions.
Appeal to law enforcement authorities, court, to the Internet service provider of the violator.

3. Use of the Site Content

All rights to the Site Content, unless otherwise specified, belong to MICExperts LLC and are protected from illegal use.

Users are not transferred or granted any rights to the Content other than the right to view (reproduce) the Site in a browser for personal, informational use and to the extent necessary for the functioning of the Site on the User's technical means.

4. Notifications, messages, newsletters, advertising on the Site

· About changes in the Site operation.

If necessary, the User may refuse to receive newsletters and other informational materials that are not service messages, providing the operation of the Site and interaction of MICExperts LLC with Users. The User may apply to MICExperts LLC with a request to unsubscribe from such mailing.

5. Provision of Personal Data

MICExperts LLC does not process or store payment data and bank card details of Users who are Customers and other payment details. To make payments, MICExperts LLC uses the services of a third-party payment agent, Sobytie LLC. Entering of data and details by Users who are Customers and their processing, as well as debiting of funds takes place on the side of the payment agent Sobytie LLC.

6. User's consent to the processing of his/her Personal Data

The User gives consent to MICExperts LLC:
· To process his/her Personal Data, both with and without the use of automation tools.
· To verify the accuracy and completeness of any information provided by the User.
· To cross-border transfer of their Personal Data and other information for the purpose of placing it on the servers used by MICExperts LLC under the hosting service agreement with providers of such services.

During the processing of Personal Data, the following actions (operations) may be performed with them: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction with the right to transfer information to third parties and receive information or documents from third parties.

7. Policy of MICExperts LLC regarding the processing of Personal Data

In order to ensure security of Personal Data protected by MICExperts LLC according to the Rules, MICExperts LLC applies necessary legal, organizational and technical measures aimed at protection of Personal Data from illegal or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to Personal Data of Users.

MICExperts LLC applies the following measures to protect Personal Data:
· Evaluating the effectiveness of the measures taken to ensure the security of Personal Data prior to putting the Site and its updates into operation.
· Establishing rules for access to Personal Data processed in the information systems of the Site, as well as ensuring registration and accounting of all actions performed with Personal Data in the information systems of the Site.
· Detecting facts of unauthorized access to Personal Data and taking appropriate response measures.
· Recovery of Personal Data modified or destroyed due to unauthorized access to them.

MICExperts LLC has the right to disclose at any time any information about the User, including Personal Data, required by law or at the request of state authorities and other authorized persons.

8. Limits of liability of MICExperts LLC

MICExperts LLC does not guarantee Users or any other persons:
· Any results from the User's use of the Site. The User uses the Site and its Content at its own discretion and risk.
· The reliability, accuracy, relevance, practical applicability and value of the Site and its Content, and the conformity of the Site and its Content with User's expectations.
· Reliability, as well as compliance with any requirements or validity of services, offers or information provided by other Users, other third parties or advertised on the Site.

MICExperts LLC shall not be liable for:
Any consequences, damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost income, lost data, as well as for direct or indirect losses incurred by Users or other persons, arising as a result of or in connection with the use of the Site or Content.
Relationships of Users among themselves, including if such relationships arose as a result of or in connection with the use of the Site or Content.
Sites, resources, materials, and information of third parties that the User accesses by following external hyperlinks posted on the Site.
Losses caused to the User as a result of disclosure to third parties of the User's Personal Data protected by the Rules, which was not the fault of MICExperts LLC.

As a rule, access to the Site is provided permanently. At the same time, MICExperts LLC may, at its sole discretion, for any reason and at any time suspend or terminate such access and (or) suspend, change or terminate the provision of any functionality, including in the case of preventive, maintenance work on the Site or technical failures and malfunctions of software or hardware on the Site's side or third-party providers of technical services.

MICExperts LLC provides Users with the functionality of the Site in accordance with internationally accepted business customs “as is” and “as available” and does not guarantee, is not responsible for and does not reimburse losses to Users and other persons caused by:

Problems, failures, defects in the updating, maintenance and operation of the Site.
Problems of compatibility of the Site and Content with other devices, hardware, software products, operating systems, browsers, drivers, etc.
Deletion, malfunction, or distortion of Content or communication data.
Technical problems and failures of electrical equipment on the part of MICExperts LLC and/or third parties.

9. Termination of use of the Site. Changing the Rules

MICExperts LLC has the right to unilaterally, at its sole discretion, at any time, without giving a reason, to:

Suspend the User's access to the Site.
Make changes to the Rules.
Modify, supplement, terminate, or introduce new functionality in relation to the Site.

MICExperts LLC shall take reasonable steps to notify the User of its actions specified above by posting appropriate information on the Site.

10. Other terms and conditions

The User may not transfer (assign) its rights arising from the Rules without the prior consent of MICExperts LLC.

Applicable law to the Rules and the relations regulated by them is the law of the Russian Federation.
