MICE Excellence Forum is a leading annual event, which has already gained a must-visit status for MICE buyers and suppliers from Russian and abroad. In 2023, our forum brought together 750 MICE & Event professionals from 47 cities together to effectively interact, get exceptional experience, and update contacts.
We choose a fresh concept for every MEF. During the past events, we build our program around "Show emotions", "There is a Way Out", "All Stars MICE" concept. Hyatt Regency Moscow Petrovsky Park Hotel was not chosen as the venue for the forum by chance. The Hotel’s conference center is one of the largest in Moscow, all meeting and conference rooms are based on the same floor. This makes the logistics of the attendees very comfortable.

The business part and the evening buffet will take place in the spacious Regency Ballroom, and the workshops — in the conference rooms of The Yashin Bridge, the huge advantage of the latter is the natural light. Additional sessions will be held in the chamber halls of the hotel’s congress center.
Each of the 298 rooms, including 39 suites, has a spacious work desk with a comfortable armchair and a charging station, and each bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub.

- The Hosted Buyers program for MICE clients from regions of Russia is expanding in 2024: we are able to host up to 60 participants from Russian cities and the CIS-countries;
- The MEF online platform and app allow participants to see all the attendees, exchange messages and files, interact, and watch the live-stream;
- Since 2022, a welcome meeting for the exhibitors is traditionally held on the eve of the forum, along with Bleisure activities afterwards, with a cultural program for all the participants;

Yes, there is a (conditional) fee for clients. But 1950 rubles is a symbolic amount for a day of valuable content, networking and enjoyment. The registration fee for buyers is not a source of income for us; however, the fee structures discipline and helps to plan the number of participants more accurately.
If you are a MICE buyer and do not want to schedule meetings with the exhibitors in advance, you can buy a ticket without any obligation to set up meetings for 5700 rubles, which is still far below the cost of participation in the forum.
